Non-hazardous explosives for security training and testing and no DOD license required. Two delivery methods available: Coated Silica (crystals) minimize secondary odors and are impervious to extreme environmental temperatures; or Petrolatum Suspension (paste) substance is dispersed in a light wax base, is non-dusting and will adhere to virtually any surface. Training Tins contain 16 grams, Cloth Bags contain 160 grams, Quart Cans contain 907 grams and Petrolatum Tubes contain 75 grams. Sample Kits with a set of each compound plus included Distractor are available for Tins or Petrolatum Tubes.

These training materials are utilized by U.S. and Foreign Agencies for K-9 Explosive Detection Training. They are DOT certified, non-hazardous material, and can be shipped anywhere by any method.

NESTT materials are realistic training aids containing actual explosives TNT, RDX, PETN and oxidizers (KN03, KCL03). NESTT materials mitigate hazards, contamination, storage, transporting and handling problems associated with explosives. Preparation and packaging are designed to minimize contamination during storage, training and field handling. NESTT products now come with an outer-zippered cloth bag.

NOTE: It is imperative that the K-9 in training receive extinction (proofing) training through the use of the corresponding DISTRACTOR ODORS which are also available for purchase. Failure to do so may compromise your training. Each Sample Kit includes Distractor.
