This high visibility dog strobe light is designed to work with NVO equipment, can be seen over half a mile away and can be submersed up to 500ft. It is powered by 2 L1154 1.2V alkaline coin cells that last over 100 hours. The infrared strobe will provide the user with covert location identification with an LED that pulses at a frequency of two per second.
